Thank you for contacting mBlaze Sdn. Bhd. In order for us to get in touch with you and serve you effectively, we would need you to provide your Personal Data to us. This Privacy Notice outlines how we collect, use, maintain and disclose your Personal Data in respect of the relevant commercial transactions.

Hereinafter, “MBSB” or “We” in this Privacy Notice refers to mBlaze Sdn. Bhd. including its branches within or outside Malaysia, as well as its local and overseas subsidiaries or, as the context may require, any of them.

By submitting to us your Personal Data, you consent to its use by us in accordance with this Privacy Notice. Should you disagree with our handling of your Personal Data as per this Privacy Notice, you may opt for not providing us your Personal Data. But should you refuse to provide us any part of your Personal Data, we may not be able to effectively respond to you or serve you due to lack of necessary information.

“Personal Data” refers to data which relates directly or indirectly to a data subject, who is identified or identifiable from that information or from that and other information in the possession of MBSB including any sensitive personal data and expression of opinion about the data subject.

The types of Personal Data we collect from you include but not limited to your name, contact number, email address and any other data or information that you disclose to us through your enquiry and/or discussion and/or conversation and/or service engagement with us, and any note or expression of opinion recorded by us following our evaluation on your Personal Data, in order to achieve the objective of our transaction or contact with you.

b)How do we collect your Personal Data?

We collect your Personal Data when you submit your enquiry to us through our website herein, when you are engaging us for our service, when you are using or purchasing or signing-up any service or product from/with us, when you participate in any survey that is held by us, as well as through any further communication with us via such various communication channel including but not limited to telephone conversation, electronic mail or physical meet up.

Your Personal Data shall be use by us for the following purposes:
i. to assess, evaluate and/or respond to your enquiry or job application;
ii. to enable us to provide our service to you;
iii. to serve you better including to provide after-sales services and/or follow up;

f)Where do we store your Personal Data?

Our company is located in Malaysia, thus your Personal Data will be stored within Malaysia. However, our certain business partner and affiliate may be from within or outside Malaysia, therefore depending on the objective of our contact or transaction with you, your Personal Data may be stored in or accessed from outside Malaysia should this is reasonably necessary for the purpose of achieving the objective of our contact with you. For instance, should there be a transaction with you that involve your purchase of a licensed service which are authorised to resell to you by our foreign partner, we may need to disclose certain part of your Personal Data to such foreign partner in order to complete the transaction with you.

g)How long do we retain your Personal Data?

Your Personal Data will be retained by us for as long as necessary for us to fulfil the purpose(s) for which your Personal Data is collected as per this Privacy Notice and to comply with legal or internal requirement or as otherwise communicated to you. We will delete your Personal Data from our record once the same has ceased to be applicable.

This Privacy Notice may be updated when we deemed necessary. Kindly check our website to review this Privacy Notice from time to time. The date on which the latest version of this Privacy Notice is updated will be shown at the beginning of this Privacy Notice.

You may request to correct or access your Personal Data; you may lodge a complaint or post us your enquiry in respect of your Personal Data; you may also contact us regarding this Privacy Notice.

j)What should I do if I disclose Personal Data that belong to third party?

If the Personal Data disclosed by you include any third party’s Personal Data, it shall be your obligation to first ensure that you have obtained the consent from such third party so that the same is lawfully collected, processed and retained by us as per this Privacy Notice, and that you shall have brought this Privacy Notice to his/her attention prior to such disclosure to us.

k)Is it obligatory or voluntary for me to disclose the Personal Data?

Basic information on name, contact details shall be obligatory to be disclosed. Other information which is obligatory to be provided by you shall rely on the nature and objective of our contact and/or transaction with you, therefore we will keep you informed should there be any other personal data that is obligatory for you to disclose to us. Your failure to disclose personal data which is obligatory for you to disclose would result in our inability to effectively communicate with you and/or unable to complete or achieve the objective of our contact or transaction with you. Other personal data which you may have disclosed to us voluntarily will still be use as per this Privacy Notice.

l)What should I do if I wish to limit the processing of Personal Data that I have disclosed?

When you disclose the Personal Data to us, you shall be deemed to have agreed for the same to be processed in accordance with this Privacy Notice. Should you wish to limit the processing of the Personal Data so disclosed by you, you may keep us informed by contacting us via email at our Communication Email as stated in this Privacy Notice. “Personal Data” referred to herein shall include any third party’s Personal Data which you have disclosed to us as per this Privacy Notice.

m)What if I am informed with another version of privacy notice for a specific transaction with your company?

For the avoidance of doubt, should there be a separate version of personal data privacy related terms and conditions that is governing the specific service or product that you are engaging with or purchasing from us, the terms and conditions of such specific service or product shall prevail over this Privacy Notice to the extent of any inconsistency.
